John has devoted nearly five decades to mastering every facet of construction, design, and structural engineering. His career began at just 13 years old, working in masonry on high-end homes in Greenwich, Connecticut, and Westchester County, New York. There, he gained hands-on experience in fireplaces, seawalls, block construction, brickwork, and additions—foundational skills that would guide his lifelong dedication to excellence in construction and architectural design.

After moving to Florida, John worked as an ironworker and form carpenter while earning a degree in civil engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology. In 1989, he began his professional career as a truss designer, creating metal and wood trusses for commercial projects throughout the Northeast and Southeast. Over the next decade, he expanded his expertise into architectural and structural design, mastering footers, beams, columns, and complex structural planning for challenging projects, including home remodeling.

In 1999, John founded his own firm, Provident Design Build, focusing on architectural design and general contracting. Over the past several years, he has specialized in architectural design for other contractors and builders across Southeast Florida, providing structural engineering guidance, permit-ready plans, and window and door designs for companies and homeowners alike. Recognized as one of the most skilled architectural designers and draftsmen in South Florida, John is trusted by an extensive network of contractors, builders, and associates.

John is equally committed to giving back. He is very active in his church and philanthropic endeavors, and he created a mentoring program under Provident Construction Group that introduces children to careers in construction. Through this program, he helps students explore trades, gain hands-on experience, and even secure after-school positions aligned with their interests—fostering the next generation of skilled builders and designers.

Today, John continues to combine decades of construction, architectural, and structural expertise to deliver sophisticated design and build solutions for homeowners and contractors alike. His work is guided by precision, foresight, and a passion for helping others succeed—whether that’s designing a complex remodel, mentoring a young tradesperson, or guiding a contractor through a structural challenge.

Luke brings over 25 years of experience across contracting, construction, business development, management, branding, marketing, consulting, and sales. Throughout his career, he has personally generated more than $250 million in goods and services across multiple industries and businesses he has founded, owned, and scaled. His strength lies in seeing the full picture—strategy, people, process, and execution—and aligning them to create sustainable success.

At the core of Luke’s philosophy is a people-first mindset. He believes that when you take care of your team, your team takes care of everything else. This employee-centric approach shapes how he leads, consults, and builds systems—always focusing first on the well-being of people, then crafting solutions tailored to their specific needs, goals, and circumstances. No two clients are the same, and Luke approaches every situation with intention, clarity, and customization.

With a keen eye for architectural design, Luke also specializes in home remodeling projects, ensuring that the vision and needs of clients are at the forefront of every endeavor. Beyond business, Luke has dedicated over two decades to philanthropy, including the creation and management of multiple 501(c)(3) organizations and hands-on involvement in initiatives that have helped thousands of people. Luke joined Provident Construction Group as an in-house Business Development Specialist, Chief Marketing Officer, and Consultant within the Design & Consulting Division. In this role, he helps guide homeowners through complex construction decisions, ensuring they are educated, empowered, and positioned for a successful, well-planned project experience.
